Sapori di Casa started with a simple idea: the best meals aren't the ones plated by a restaurant kitchen — they're the ones made in your own home, by someone who genuinely loves to cook.

I'm Vincenzo Cordone (you can call me Vinnie), a Stonington, Connecticut native who now lives in Ashaway, Rhode Island with my wife Lucia and my 4 children - Santino, Brookelynn, Gabriella & Valentina (the girls are triplets). My parents are from Italy, and I grew up around Italian cooking — real family meals, made from scratch, with everyone at the table. Over the years I've been back to Italy more than 20 times, and every trip has only deepened my love for the food and the way it brings people together.

I'm not a trained chef, and I've never worked in a restaurant — I'm a home cook, through and through. Over the years I've cooked for private parties of up to 20 people, and that's where Sapori di Casa really started: family and friends asking if I'd cook for their next gathering too.

That's exactly what we bring to your table. No restaurant technique, no fine-dining formality — just real, made-from-scratch Italian home cooking, the kind you'd want on a regular weeknight or for a house full of family, not just a once-a-year special occasion. Whether it's a private dinner in your home, a week of meals prepped and ready to go, or a hands-on cooking class, we're bringing the same food we'd cook for our own family into your kitchen.
